Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers to join our Client Programs Market team. You will lead project teams through design, documentation, permitting and construction administration, while managing schedules, budgets, and client relations.

Responsibilities include contract management, milestone scheduling, QA/QC, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated expertise utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Demonstrated professional expertise with Data Centers is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables align with contract, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure contracts are in place before execution of deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop detailed project charters and QA/QC plans.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor financial status with periodic reviews.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates and distribute to stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external project meetings.
• Participate in Quality Control for all deliverables.
• Oversee Construction Administration activities and RFI/Submittal logs.
• Review site visit reports and punch lists prior to issuance.
• Lead project close-out procedures and ensure contractual alignment.
• Manage resources and project profitability.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews for team members.
