Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree/MBA preferred.
• Seven or more years in analytics, BI, or commercial ops with strategy experience.
• Experience designing data models or analytical frameworks for self-service analytics and AI use cases.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar and modern data architectures.
• Deep knowledge of commercial processes in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive adoption across regions.

Responsibilities

• Define Analytics Strategy and requirements across sales, marketing, customer service and operations.
• Translate business needs into technical analytics requirements including Dynamics dashboards.
• Design data foundations powering dashboards, reports, and AI agents in Butterfly.
• Collaborate with regional units to standardize reporting and ensure global quality.
• Optimize AI agent and analytics experiences; test and refine user experiences.
