Qualifications

• BS/BA and 3-5 years' experience in related field, including supervisory experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• Customs Brokerage License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate customs clearance activities efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing shipment, receipt, and documentation of imported/exported products.
• Establish and revise policies for customs clearance operations.
• Meet KPIs for the assigned product.
• Supervise staff of about 30; hire, coach, train, develop subordinates.
• Assign work, set deadlines, review performance per policies.
