Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced analytics for the Marketing team and broader business. You will design dashboards, govern data quality, and lead cross-functional data initiatives across IT, Sales, and Marketing.

You will manage complex analyses, integrate diverse data sources, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations while guiding projects from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, required.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, preferred.
• 6+ years in applied projects including digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud experience is a plus.
• 4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership.
• Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
• Conduct comprehensive customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision-making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
• Coordinate data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across multiple systems.
