Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide complex analytical initiatives and translate large data sources into actionable insights for the Marketing team and broader business units.

The role combines advanced analytics with leadership of analytical workstreams, driving projects from concept through delivery and ensuring clear communication of findings to stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred
• 6+ years in Applied Projects demonstrating digital transformation and data management
• 6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business in a cloud environment
• 4+ years in individual contributor role as a key team member

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and reporting solutions for executive leadership.
• Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity and act as data steward.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, and analysis across multiple systems and tools.
