Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst within Customer Insights & Data Analytics to guide complex analytical initiatives, translate data into actionable insights for Marketing and the business, and lead projects from concept to delivery.

You will design dashboards, oversee data integration, ensure data quality, and partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, and other units to enable strategic decisions through advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred
• 6+ years in Applied Project experience including digital transformation and data management, Required
• 6+ years in dashboard creation for diagnostic analytics across the business, Required
• 4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member, Required

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives
• Design, scale, and oversee reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments
• Lead customer and market analyses including sizing, share, growth trends, segmentation for Marketing strategy
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity; oversee data assets and governance
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis from multiple systems
