Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst to drive complex analytical initiatives and translate large data sources into actionable insights for Ryder’s Marketing team and broader business objectives.

The role combines advanced analytics with leadership of workstreams, guiding projects from concept to delivery while improving data processes and reporting methodologies. Collaboration across IT, Marketing, Sales and other business units is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 6+ years in Applied Projects with digital transformation.
• 6+ years in dashboard creation for diagnostic analysis.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor on analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytics products for leadership.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity and steward data assets.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across systems.
