Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst in the Customer Insights & Data Analytics team to drive advanced analytics and deliver actionable insights for Marketing and the broader business.

You will lead complex projects end-to-end, integrate data from multiple systems, and mentor teams while shaping data strategy and reporting standards. You will communicate findings to executives, collaborate with Marketing, Sales and IT, and ensure timely delivery of impactful outputs while driving data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, data analytics or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred in supply chain, data analytics, MBA or equivalent.
• 6+ years in applied projects delivering digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business.
• 4+ years as a key individual contributor on analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses including sizing, share, growth trends and segmentation.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and governance across assets.
• Coordinate data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation and analysis across systems.
