Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide complex analytics initiatives and translate large data sets into actionable business insights for the Marketing team and broader organization.

The role requires leading analytical workstreams, designing scalable reporting solutions, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, IT, and other units to drive outcomes. Strong SQL, Python, PowerBI, and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent (preferred).
• 6+ years in applied project experience including digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business and cloud experience.
• 4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products to support executive leadership and strategic initiatives; own project planning including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Design, enhance, and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and segments; manage workstreams and timelines.
• Lead customer and market analyses across Ryder business units including sizing, share analysis, growth trends, segmentation, and other advanced analytics for Marketing strategy.
• Establish and reinforce best practices for data accuracy and integrity; support audits, validations, and quality checks; steward data assets.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis from multiple systems to support complex analytics.
