Zaddy Solutions seeks a Project Manager – Superintendent for New Custom-Home Construction in Monroe/Charlotte NC. You will manage multiple high-end homes, coordinating design through completion while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality.

Strong communication with clients and subcontractors is key, with a focus on safety and on-site leadership. Expect a competitive salary with bonus potential and standard benefits; 401(k), PTO, and company-paid insurance options.

Competenze

• Experience in residential construction (preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot projects).
• Managing 8–10 projects simultaneously with home values up to $525–625k (avg).
• 4+ years of proven operations & project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and exceptional communication with customers/owners.

Mansioni

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Site management from design and pre-construction through subcontractor selection, contracts, safety and scheduling to CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
