You will plan workload with the Store Manager, manage inventory, participate in Omni channel processes, and model exceptional service. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings in a public retail store.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales by building relationships with customers.
• Plan workload and staffing in partnership with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets.
• Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs, and store procedures.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support performance management and training.
