Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Framing Manager in Charlotte, NC who will lead a team of framers, drive custom framing sales, and ensure quality framing solutions for customers. You will work with the Store Manager to enforce SOPs, manage inventory, and develop your team while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role involves coaching sales behaviors, handling KPI targets, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management or sales leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and ensuring SOPs and Company programs are followed.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage the framing team to meet their role KPIs.
• Manage and execute inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing and training of new team members; participate in Talent Development.
• Partner with MODs on framing expectations and operations.
• Support Omni channel processes.
