You will drive custom framing sales, plan workload with the Store Manager, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality framing for our art customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales or framing team.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to meet KPI targets.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to deliver high-quality framing on time.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Ensure SOPs and company programs are followed and safety standards met.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and store cleanliness.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed.
