Job summary

Michaels Wake Forest is seeking a Store Framing Lead to supervise a framing team and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions. You will coach the team to strengthen customer relationships, plan workloads with the Store Manager, and ensure on-time framing deliveries.

Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, assisting with hiring and training, maintaining SOP compliance and safety, and supporting inventory and truck loading activities as needed.

• Lead and coach the framing team to build customer relationships and drive custom framing sales.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to ensure on-time delivery of framing solutions.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage the framing team's KPI performance.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new Team members.
• Ensure SOP compliance, safety, and adherence to company programs.
• Participate in inventory management and truck loading/unloading as needed.
