Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Lead for the PHX-MESA/SIGNAL BUTTE, AZ location. You will lead a framing team to deliver custom framing solutions, coach on selling behaviors, and ensure timely, quality work while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Responsibilities include planning workload with the Store Manager, achieving KPI targets, overseeing inventory and shrink, and acting as MOD. Prior experience in retail management and framing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or store teams.
• Strong customer service and sales coaching skills.
• Ability to manage workflow, inventory, and KPI targets.
• Basic computer skills for POS and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a framing team to build customer relationships.
• Drive custom framing sales and create framing solutions for art.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to deliver high-quality framing on time.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage team performance.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in interviewing and onboarding.
