Job summary

Michaels in Spring, TX is seeking a Framing Manager to lead a skilled team of framers and drive custom framing sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, plan workloads, manage inventory and safety programs, and ensure on-time framing solutions. Evening and weekend hours are required as part of a retail leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of custom framing processes and techniques is preferred.

• Experience with store operations and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a framing team to deliver on customer needs.
• Oversee framing production scheduling and workload planning with store manager.
• Drive custom framing sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; participate in receiving and stocking.
• Act as MOD and support interviews, training, and performance management.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and customer interactions.
