Job description

Role: CT Technologist

Responsibilities: Provide safe, age-appropriate imaging procedures, including advanced protocols like TAVR and Cardiac CTA. Ensure accurate patient identification, proper contrast administration, and image quality. Maintain equipment functionality, adhere to safety standards, and perform post-processing tasks. Lead department operations in the absence of senior staff, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with leadership on protocols and quality improvement. Communicate effectively with patients and staff, explain procedures, and address concerns. Support departmental efficiency through workflow management, supply maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Participate in training, onboarding, and continuous education.

Qualifications & Skills: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT Radiography and CT certifications, BLS certification, minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with at least 1 year in CT. Excellent communication, customer service, multitasking, and teamwork skills are essential. Proficiency in advanced CT protocols, radiation safety, and equipment maintenance is required. Ability to work independently under pressure and mentor others is important.
