Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years crane repair & maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Able to work at various heights and in confined spaces
• Basic computer skills for crane inspection programs
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• On-call and after-hours service as required
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade cranes and hoists on customer sites
• Train and mentor field technicians
• Perform OSHA crane inspections and generate reports
• Coordinate with Service Manager and Branch Manager to schedule work
• Consult with customers on safety and repair recommendations
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles in safe working order
• Attend trainings and seminars as required
• Participate in company initiatives and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned
