Job summary

Hoist & Crane Service Group in Morgantown, PA is seeking a Senior Technician, a heavy equipment mechanic specializing in modernization and repair of cranes. You will lead field technicians, troubleshoot complex crane issues, and coordinate with management and customers in a safety-first environment.

Responsibilities include on-call service, troubleshooting in the field, training junior technicians, completing OSHA inspections, and maintaining company tools and vehicles.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years crane repair & maintenance experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and driving record.
• Willing to work off the ground at various heights and travel.

Responsibilities

• Must be on-call and provide after-hour services as required.
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade cranes in the field at customer locations.
• Train and mentor field technicians.
• Perform OSHA crane inspections and generate inspection reports.
• Communicate with the Service Manager and Branch Manager to schedule daily work.
• Discuss safety issues with customers and provide recommendations.
• Maintain company equipment, vehicle, and assets in safe condition.
• Operate tools and notify supervisor of deficiencies.
