Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking a Lead Counsel for ICE Mortgage Technology, focused on origination products.

This full-time, in-office role requires presence in Provo, UT, with relocation assistance for qualified candidates; Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA offices are also options. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and closing enterprise SaaS agreements; understanding ICE solutions to align contracts; and advising internal go-to-market teams while coordinating

Qualifications

JD from accredited U.S. law school and bar in good standing.
4+ years law firm or in-house experience, preferably counseling a technology company (SaaS contracting).
Prior in-house experience with enterprise SaaS commercial contracting highly preferred.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and close a variety of commercial agreements, with a focus on enterprise SaaS agreements with the company’s customers.
Gain a detailed understanding of the company’s solutions to ensure alignment with contracts.
Act as a strategic partner and advisor, providing thoughtful and prompt legal and business guidance to all internal go-to-market stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to address additional needs of the company, including contracting with the company’s platform partners and managing informal commercial disputes.
