Corporate Chefs in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a small corporate dining account on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will oversee all aspects of a comprehensive food service operation, directing a team of food service workers and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires five years of experience in food service coordination, experience with industrial cooking, and strong communication with staff and executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• At least five years coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication skills with hourly staff and executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with client-focused service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the food service department and its resources.
• Lead and train a team of associates, including hiring.
• Ensure staff meet culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Budget the department, including purchasing ingredients and meeting targets.
• Coordinate with district manager or other departments on dining service operations.
