Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Experience in corporate dining or high-volume operations.

Responsabilités

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety and sanitation.
• Manages inventory and maintains costs within guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with health regulations and audits.
• Oversees menu execution and labor management.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Participates in departmental meetings and staff development.
