Job summary

Compass Group USA, through Eurest, seeks a Chef Manager in Richfield, MN to lead culinary and food service operations for corporate dining locations. You will manage menus, costs, inventory, and supplier relationships while ensuring high standards of quality and service.

The role emphasizes local sourcing, sustainability, HACCP compliance, and strong leadership of in-house teams. This is a hands-on management position requiring three years of relevant experience and a passion for guest

Qualifications

Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining or similar settings.
Working knowledge of HACCP.
Experience with P&L accountability and contract‑managed service.
Experience in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and local sourcing.

Responsibilities

Oversee full culinary management of the food service operation, including inventory, ordering and receiving.
Drive sustainability initiatives across menus and operations.
Ensure high quality, safe food handling and presentation.
