Job summary

Hayes Company is seeking a Learning and Talent Management System Administrator to own Cornerstone modules across Learning, Performance, Succession, and Talent Marketplace. You will lead configuration, maintenance, and integrations while ensuring data integrity and security across all facilities and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in HRIS/learning systems.
• 5+ years administering enterprise learning or talent management systems (Cornerstone preferred).
• Experience configuring security, hierarchies, workflows, and automated assignment logic.
• Strong data integrity, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with SCORM/AICC/xAPI content and integrations with HRIS or SSO.

Responsibilities

• Owns Cornerstone modules (Learning, Performance, Succession, Talent Marketplace) configuration and maintenance.
• Manages Cornerstone implementation tasks, testing cycles, and go-live readiness.
• Builds and maintains data governance, reports, and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Oversees learning catalog, SCORM/xAPI publishing, and content troubleshooting.
• Provides end-user training and knowledge-base support to drive adoption.
