Job summary

Hayes Company/Knight Swift Supply Chain is seeking a Learning and Talent Management System Administrator in Dallas, TX. You will own Cornerstone across Learning, Performance, Succession, and Talent Marketplace, driving implementation, configuration, data integrity, and reporting to enable talent decisions across facilities.

The role partners with Talent Management, HR, IT, and Operations to optimize the platform, support annual talent cycles, and ensure security and governance while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise learning or talent management systems, ideally Cornerstone.
• Ability to configure security, hierarchies, workflows, and automated assignment logic.
• Strong reporting skills, data integrity, and leadership communication.

Responsibilities

• Own Cornerstone across modules; manage configuration and improvements.
• Lead end-to-end Cornerstone implementation and go-live readiness.
• Maintain data governance, security, and reporting for leadership decisions.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards for compliance and performance.
• Manage learning catalog, SCORM/AICC/xAPI publishing and troubleshooting.
• Provide end-user training and enablement for system administrators and leaders.
