Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an Americas Learning Operations & LMS Administrator to oversee the Cornerstone MyLearning platform in a hybrid, Mount Pleasant-based role.

You will manage learners, curricula, and compliance while partnering with HR and IT to optimize integrations and reporting. Responsibilities include creating content, building Power BI dashboards, and ensuring accurate training records across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of LMS administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP, Oracle, Moodle, Saba).
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies and SCORM/AICC standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with dashboards & data analyses.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator and owner of the Cornerstone MyLearning platform.
• Manage learner groups, curricula, certifications, assignments, permissions, and reporting structures.
• Maintain training records, data integrity, and compliance across the Americas region.
• Create, upload, test, and maintain learning content for online and blended formats.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable learning insights.
• Monitor participation, completion rates, certifications, and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to improve integrations and automate processes.
