Responsibilities

• Directly supervise food-service associates and train staff.
• Advise management on purchasing to minimize waste and avoid shortages.
• Ensure quality, serving temperatures and portion control using approved recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures.
• Maintain food rotation and minimize spoilage in storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure safety of food supply.
• Serve meals and collect customer feedback during meals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
