Qualifications

• Must hold Serv Safe Manager certification.
• Ability to supervise and instruct others.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; perform simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises dietary department personnel and ensures policy adherence.
• Prepares and serves meals according to residents' diets and orders.
• Assists with production planning, forecasting needs, and recipe development.
• Assists with purchase and storage of food and equipment within budget.
