The role involves supervision, production planning, and assisting with purchasing and storage of food and equipment to meet dietary needs.

You will respond quickly to residents’ requests, collaborate with the Dietary Manager, and contribute to a pleasant, safe dining environment while managing budgets within established

Qualificações

• Must hold Serv Safe Manager certification.
• Ability to unload and stock groceries and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write and understand English, perform simple math.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience in hospital or long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises dietary department personnel and ensures policy adherence.
• Prepares and serves meals according to residents' diet orders.
• Assists with production planning and input on forecasting and recipes.
• Assists with purchasing and storage of food and equipment.
