Good Samaritan in Mandan, ND is seeking a dedicated cook to join our nutrition services team. You will prepare, portion, and plate meals for residents and staff, follow HACCP procedures, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

This full-time role requires teamwork, basic math for measuring ingredients, and the ability to read recipes. Prior kitchen leadership is preferred, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions; basic math skills.
• Two years of experience and leadership experience preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, season, and portion food for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines to ensure safe food handling and storage.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain sanitation and labeling standards.
• Work with team to meet department goals and maintain quality.
• Follow standardized recipes and ensure proper temperatures and portions.
