Job summary

Good Samaritan in Mandan, ND, is seeking a full-time kitchen cook to prepare and portion meals for patients, residents, staff and visitors in a Christian, not-for-profit setting. You will supervise daily kitchen activities and ensure compliance with menu, dietary requirements, and HACCP standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience with leadership preference, and possible Serv Safe certification within a designated time frame.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties in food preparation as assigned.
• Provides daily direction to cooks and other assigned areas.
• Prepares, cooks, seasons and portions food for patients/residents, staff and visitors.
• Adheres to HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.
