Good Samaritan in Mandan, ND is seeking a full-time cook to prepare, cook, season, and portion meals for patients, staff and visitors. You will follow menu guidelines and dietary requirements while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

The role requires teamwork and the ability to adapt in a dynamic kitchen, with a day shift and a 40-hour work week. A High School diploma is preferred; Serv Safe may be required. A $2500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Two years' experience and leadership experience preferred.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, season and portion food for patients and staff.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure safe, sanitary food production.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain sanitation.
