Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition.
• Prepare meals in large quantities and follow prepared menus.
• Record food temperatures and ensure proper portion control.
• Assist with serving meals and support dietary staff.
• Report resident care concerns to Administrator/Director of Nurses.
• Supervise in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
