Caesars Entertainment's Paris Las Vegas location is seeking a Master Cook to lead the kitchen for NOBU as a steady extra role. You will prepare, sauté, broil, fry, bake and grill according to the Executive Chef’s requirements.

You must have at least three years of cooking experience, strong English communication, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced, front-line buffet environment. This on-site position offers the chance to contribute to a world-class dining experience in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• English communication in a professional manner.
• Minimum 3 years cooking experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Neat appearance with good personal hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Serve as lead cook in the kitchen
• Prepare, sauté, broil, fry, bake and grill food items as required by kitchen needs.
• Operate grill, fryer, broiler, oven and French top per kitchen requirements.
• Complete preliminary preparation work in a timely manner.
• Ensure ingredient supply levels are accurate.
• Move items from shelves to carts and transport to stations for restocking.
• Maintain par levels of food items at the assigned station.
• Understand and follow safety and health codes and regulations.
• Keep assigned areas clean and free of debris.
• Assist with any other related duties as assigned.
