You will handle various meals and events while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role requires adaptability and a willingness to support the team with daily kitchen operations, including possible shift work and weekends.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented and reliable with a collaborative approach.
• Experience in reducing food waste preferred.
• Ability to read and follow basic recipes and product directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot/cold items for various meals and events.
• Read and follow recipes and directions for food preparation.
• May operate a grill station and serve customers a la carte.
• Support management in daily operational duties as needed.
• Attend shifts reliably and on time.
• Other duties as assigned based on unit needs.
