Hanover IL Operations LLC is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare menu items per recipes, maintain a clean work area, and supervise dietary staff as needed.

Requirements include dining services experience, Serv-Safe certification (or within 60 days), strong reading/writing and math basics, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Must have experience in dining services.
• Serv-Safe certification required or within 60 days of hire.
• Basic understanding of food service operations and safety.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple calculations.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present menu items per recipes.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and kitchen.
• Supervise dietary staff in the absence of leadership.
• Attend required in-service trainings and meetings.
• Record food temperatures three times daily.
• Ensure residents' dietary needs and preferences are respected.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
