Job summary

Hanover IL Operations LLC is seeking a Lead Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and oversee daily dining room operations. This role includes supervising servers, training staff, and ensuring proper coverage for all shifts.

You will maintain clean dining, assist with menu postings, coordinate with kitchen, and support residents with special needs while upholding confidentiality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Serv-Safe certification required.
• Ability to supervise servers and coordinate staffing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead server supervising daily server assignments.
• Train new and current servers.
• Oversee seating and timing of meals.
• Provide beverage service and respond to resident needs.
• Maintain clean dining and kitchen areas.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring process for Lead Server positions.
