Responsibilities

• Assist in aligning with HRA Brand Standards in the community.
• Identify and report weekly food and supply needs; may assist with orders.
• Oversee kitchen operations in absence of Campus Director of Hospitality.
• Assist in receiving, rotation, and storage of products.
• Prepare menus and cook according to nutritional guidelines and resident diets.
• Plan menus and coordinate food/services for community events.
• Ensure department runs per regulations and HRA standards.
• Notify about malfunctioning equipment; ensure safe handling of food.
