Harmony Senior Services is hiring a cook to prepare meals per menus, supervise dietary staff in the director's absence, and maintain a clean kitchen. You will help ensure dietary needs of residents are met while following safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires dining services experience and Serv-Safe certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days). You will work with a team in a supportive, patient-centered environment across multiple shifts.

Qualificações

• Must have dining services experience.
• Serv-Safe certification required or be willing to complete certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple calculations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to follow oral and written directions and work well in a team.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices in handling food and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals according to approved menus and recipes.
• Supervise dietary staff in absence of Dining Services Director.
• Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen and work area.
• Monitor and report food temperatures and safety compliance.
• Assist in training new dietary employees and attend required in-services.
