Job summary

USA Insulation in Kentucky is seeking a Lead Management & Marketing Coordinator to own our inbound leads, set high-quality appointments, and keep the marketing engine firing. This role is not cold calling and focuses on turning inquiries into booked appointments with a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the CRM, coordinate campaigns with the marketing consultant, and act as a hub between ownership, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence with professional communication.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and browser-based tools.
• Experience handling inbound leads and CRM workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound leads, convert them into booked appointments, and maintain data in the CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing consultant to track and execute campaigns.
• Monitor lead flow across territories and keep pipelines healthy.
• Follow up on old leads and past estimates to revive opportunities.
• Liaise between ownership, sales, and marketing for aligned execution.
