USA Insulation Louisville - East is seeking a Lead Management & Marketing Coordinator to own our inbound leads, set qualified appointments, and support marketing campaigns. You’ll be the first voice to prospects, manage our CRM, and ensure data stays clean and current.

This role emphasizes multitasking across lead flow, scheduling, and campaign support in a fast-paced, family-owned home-services environment.

• Experience with inbound leads management and CRM systems.
• Strong phone presence with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound leads from all sources and convert them into booked appointments.
• Set high-quality appointments for the sales team and educate prospects on value.
• Manage CRM, data quality, and pipeline hygiene.
• Rehash old leads and past estimates to revive stalled deals.
• Coordinate with the marketing consultant to track campaigns and follow-ups.
• Liaise between ownership, sales, and marketing to keep campaigns on track.
