Job summary

ON TOP ROOFING in Centerville, TX is seeking a Lead Management Coordinator to own the day-to-day lifecycle of every lead—from initial contact through qualification, routing, and follow-up. You will be the first human touchpoint for prospects, handling calls, forms, emails, and chats, while maintaining CRM hygiene and accurate lead categorization.

You will qualify leads using defined criteria, escalate high-priority opportunities, and support marketing campaigns with lead-side execution.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to think independently and act decisively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• CRM data hygiene and accurate lead categorization are essential.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Acculynx.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone, form, email, and chat.
• Answer and route inquiries promptly; meet response-time standards.
• Nurture leads to prevent them from going cold; maintain follow-up cadences.
• Categorize, tag, and segment leads in the CRM by source, type, stage, and priority.
• Qualify leads using defined criteria and research; escalate high-priority opportunities.
• Maintain clean lead records; track source attribution for marketing analysis.
• Manage lead handoffs to sales, operations, or service; produce regular reports.
