Job summary

Compass International Holdings is seeking a Web Leads Director to coach Coldwell Banker Realty agents across CB Internet Lead Generation programs. You will allocate and manage multiple lead sources, educate agents on CRM platforms, and drive revenue through effective lead conversion and core service initiatives.

The role requires strong coaching, public speaking, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership to achieve performance metrics and maximize agent engagement across nationwide

Qualifications

• Proven experience with effective referral opportunity conversion.
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on virtual coaching and remote management.
• Excellent platform and classroom style public speaking experience.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to present concepts, data analysis and project plans and execute accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage coaching; oversee lead conversion, recruiting, retention and accountability.
• Host weekly coaching events of varying sizes and national events.
• Drive revenue through lead conversion and service initiatives.
• Coach and develop CB Realty agents in lead generation programs to improve web lead conversion.
• Educate agents on CRM platforms and referral technology.
• Partner with leadership to meet business goals and key metrics for CB Internet Lead Generation.
• Plan and implement agent education with Web Lead Directors and regional managers.
• Manage lead and referral allocation from CB Internet Lead Generation sources.
• Advocate for CRMs like HOME and MOXI and ensure adoption and engagement.
