• Lead and manage agents and a variety of lead sources; coaching, recruitment, retention; strategic initiatives and accountability.
• Host multiple weekly coaching events, both small and large, including national events.
• Drive revenue through lead conversion and related service initiatives.
• Educate agents on usage of proprietary and third-party CRM and referral technology.
• Collaborate with Director of Web Leads, senior leadership, and operations to achieve goals and metrics.
• Represent Web Leads at local branch and regional meetings and promote performance by source.
