Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage coaching; oversee lead conversion, recruitment, retention, and strategic initiatives.
• Host multiple weekly coaching events including individual, small group, and national events.
• Drive revenue through lead conversion and service initiatives.
• Educate agents on proprietary and third-party CRMs and referral technologies.
• Coordinate with leadership to achieve business goals and performance metrics by source.
