Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Relocation Specialist focused on CB Realty Web Lead operations to manage end-to-end web-generated real estate leads and referrals. You will ensure timely assignment, data accuracy, and operational efficiency to support agents, customers, and business partners in successful transactions.

The role emphasizes process improvements, data integrity, and proactive communication with Web Lead Directors across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities.
• One or more years of experience in the relocation or real estate industry (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact successfully with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Flexibility to work shifts accommodating clients in various time zones and weekends as required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Referral management: manage the full lifecycle of web leads and referrals from intake through resolution, ensuring lead flow and database accuracy.
• Agent assignment: review, prioritize, route, and assign leads based on customer needs and guidelines; monitor activity and resolve issues.
• Data entry: complete entry related to referrals; identify and implement process improvements using technology and AI tools.
• Transaction management: oversee transactions to ensure timely progression.
• Communication: maintain regular contact with Web Lead Directors; support stakeholders.
• Monitoring/follow up: track communications, manage lead generation and workflow; audits data across systems.
• Issue resolution: address signs of concern and take corrective action.
• Contract management: ensure accuracy of milestone data and generate documentation.
• Closing coordination: share all closing-related information with parties.
• Data integrity: maintain and validate data; conduct audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Reporting: generate/analyze reports to monitor lead activity and performance.
