Coldwell Banker is seeking a Relocation Specialist to manage CB Realty Web Lead operations. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of web-generated real estate leads and referrals, ensuring timely assignments, data accuracy, and high service levels for agents and clients.

Role requires strong data-entry skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across teams with flexible hours to accommodate multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a customer-centric environment with administrative duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry accuracy.
• Able to work under pressure with strong organization and multitasking.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end web leads and referrals from intake to resolution.
• Review, route, and assign leads to agents based on guidelines.
• Maintain accurate lead, referral, and transaction data across systems.
• Communicate with Web Lead Directors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor follow-ups, ensure timely closing coordination and data integrity.
