• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience in HVAC and control programming.
• Proven leadership experience supervising technical or engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers responsible for hardware, software engineering, and network-level commissioning for projects.
• Develop and communicate clear processes and standards for the team, removing obstacles and enabling efficient workflows.
• Provide precise engineering cost estimates during project development.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving to enhance processes, tools, and technologies.
• Offer advanced technical support for application challenges and collaborate with customers to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Lead the selection of controllers and devices to meet project specifications and optimize installation costs.
• Utilize financial and management reports to evaluate project success and inform decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support project development and execution.
• Maintain engineering excellence by reusing proven designs and uphold high-quality standards.
