Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and close complex customer projects with a focus on safety, cost control, and quality across controls, HVAC, and security disciplines.

You will manage design, programming, installation, commissioning, and warranty processes, coordinating with subcontractors and customers to ensure profitable outcomes and timely delivery. Strong licensing and field experience are required.

Qualifications

• LSS I: technical associate degree with two years of field experience; applicable access control, fire, video, or systems design experience.
• LSS II: same degree with four or more years in the field of related systems and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete projects with customers, safely and cost-effectively.
• Coordinate hardware design, system programming, installation, and commissioning.
• Manage project costs, billings, collections, and profitability; pursue change orders as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with AHJ, local, state, and federal requirements.

LSS I: Technical Associate's degree + 2 years field experience

LSS II: Technical Associate's degree + 4+ years field experience
