Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete building projects with customers in a safe, cost-efficient manner. You will oversee hardware design, installation coordination, and commissioning while guiding a team of technicians and subcontractors.

For LSS I and II, a technical associate’s degree with field experience is required; strong PC skills and knowledge of project accounting help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Technical associate’s degree required; two years field experience or four years related field experience.
• Strong PC skills and knowledge of project accounting, costing principles, and contracting preferred.
• Experience with access control, fire, and video systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete on-site projects with assigned customers.
• Manage costs, billings, and cash flow; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers; ensure safety standards.
• Provide coaching to technicians and designers.
• Pursue change orders and maintain project documentation.
